During our Clients’ initial 12-month period of residence, we
provide “Personal Estate
Management” at no charge, establishing the correct maintenance
program for the property.
We make monthly inspections of the new construction, scheduling
any necessary corrective work.
Then for the life of our Clients’ residence in their
Raskopf-Beacon home, we also provide
twice-a-year inspections of the residence, and make any
recommendations for necessary maintenance or even preventive
maintenance. It is always our goal to have a home remain
trouble-free and in top condition.
